Tips for our most common eCard inquiries

No eCard found?

If you can’t find your eCard:

Try searching with all email addresses which may have been used for your training (for example, your work or personal email)
Check for alternate spellings of your name, including nicknames or shortened versions
If your eCard is still not found, contact your Training Center to confirm your information and get further assistance

Was the class more than 20 business days ago?

Training Centers have up to 20 business days to issue eCards. If it has been more than 20 business days and you cannot find the eCard, please contact the Training Center directly to ensure that the eCard has been issued.

Does the code contain letters?

If the code contains both numbers and letters, it may have been issued by an AHA RQI program. These can be verified at heart.org/RQIverify.
